Marie has been a communication and organization consultant for more than 22 years working with businesses, nonprofits, universities and government agencies and professional associations in strategic planning, organization communication and development, employee and manager training and, marketing.

She developed Integrated Clarity^®, a strategic planning and business framework that builds on and integrates with Nonviolent Communication^SM, the breakthrough model developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg and in use and taught in over 36 countries worldwide. Other influential sources include: William Bridges, Kimball Fisher, Jim Collins, Marshall Thurber and Judith Orloff Faulk. The framework is featured in the 2nd edition of The Change Handbook ©, January 2007, editors Peggy Holman, Tom Devane and Steven Cady - published by Berrett-Koehler. It is, “the definitive resource on today’s best methods for engaging whole systems,” according to editors.

A nationally recognized business consultant, facilitator and Nonviolent Communication^SM teacher, she has worked with businesses and organizations in Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Hawaii, Oregon, New York, Colorado and California as well as in India, Canada and with clients from Japan and Indonesia.
