Elucity is an organization consulting, training and coaching company. we provide strategic planning, communication, consulting, coaching, change management, and business assistance services for businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and community groups.
We formed in 2006 to give space and structure to collaborating with and co-inspiring other practitioners who hold similar missions. We are a network of communication and organization consultants that share a similar intention – increased productivity and humanity in the workplace through empathy, innovative human processes and clarity of purpose.
Our proprietary framework Integrated Clarity®, appears in the 2nd edition of The Change Handbook ©, (January 2007 by Berrett-Koehler Publishers) as one of “today’s best methods for engaging whole systems.” Integrated Clarity® is inspired by and incorporates Nonviolent CommunicationSM, the communication model developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. other significant influences include William Bridges, Jim Collins, Kimball Fisher, Marshall Thurber and Judith Orloff Faulk.
